Pre-shave: Shower, Glycerine
Brush: Yaqi 24mm Tuxedo
Soap/Cream: PAA Dapper Doc
Razor: Rockwell 6c (R4) with Ikon Bamboo Handle
Blade: Gillette 7'Oclock-Yellow (3)
Post-shave: Cold water splash, TSW After Balm

A nice 2 pass shave, Lather was maybe a little too dry but it went well just not as good as the last few shaves tho that would be my fault for changing things up.

Brush: Morris & Forndran 1XL....
Soap: APR Lavioletta....

Great hardware, great software, great shave, great day....

Pre: hot shower
Brush: Razorock Big Bruce
Soap: A&G Lavender
Razor: Rockwell 6s (2)
Blade: Gillette 7o’clock Yellow (3)
Post: APR Ozymandias followed by some Ghengis Kahn removal balm (Nivea)

Needed a light shave today with no negative impacts on my neck after it was feeling a touch raw before I shaved! Did 2 passes only and the shave is respectable enough. Added some Nivea balm at the end to smooth the feeling. I think the blade may not be perfect after all. On to another from tomorrow (y)

Squadron Sweet Heart
RW 6c
Vie Long Silvertip
Gillette Nacet
Floid Black

Now of the recent samples I have had and I've used a few times of each one, this Squadron Sweet Heart has to be the best and my favourite over the A&E & APR It just lathers protects and give a great shave and post feel.

DB Scuttle
BBS-1
Gillette 7 o'clock blue SP (3)
Simpson CH2 Silvertip
Tabac Soap
Tabac AS

Fantastic completely irritation free shave with tabac this evening. Lather was super slick and the BBS-1 glided through the whiskers effortlessly.
Face left smoother than a baby's bottom!! 👌

Prep: Valobra Glycerlanolina soap, Myrsol Emulsion
Brush: Paladin Lotus Select Badger
Soap: Martin De Candre Fougère
Razor: Blackland Blackbird
Blade: Vintage NOS Personna P74 Tungsten Steel (2)
Post: CRSW Alcohol-Free American Barbershop Moisturising Aftershave
Scent: Knize Forest EdT

Three passes for a super-close BBS. However, I had a bit of post-shave irritation. Nothing to do with the soap - the MDC lather was wonderful. More my technique, getting a bit casual after a few stellar shaves with the Blackbird.
Duly noted - respect the 'Bird.
All made better with the increasingly impressive CRSW moisturising aftershave.
The sharp pine notes of the Knize Forest EdT made a nice fougère doublet with the deep medicinal notes of the MDC soap.

Prep: Shower
Brush: Mozingo Brushworks - "Taste the Rainbow" - 26mm Maggard Badger
Razor: Schick Route-66 Injector Razor
Blade: Ted Pella (1)
Lather: Noble Otter/Australian Private Reserve - Texaus - Soap
Post Shave: Noble Otter/Australian Private Reserve - Texaus - Aftershave

Noble Otter base + APR Fragrance? Count me in! NO base is one of the top bases, IMO, out of the market right now. Very pleased with this soap. Fragrance is interesting. I was told that this was a powdery scent but what I get is more of a sweet, musky scent. At first I wasn't wowed and I just thought it was a nice, non offensive scent but it has grown on me here in the past not-even-24 hours. Great job Noble Utter & APR.

Finally decided to use my first DE razor instead of the Rockwell. Good ‘ol 34C! Completely different beast where the angle seems to have a much smaller window of efficiency. Still I nailed it for a DFS. The weight of it when I started seemed high but after the RW, it was like I was holding glad wrap in my hand! Blade today was a Voskhod. One of my favs.
