April 2014 Acquisitions Thread

Was able to find what looked like a new / almost new Adams str8 razor. Blade is is in beautiful no spine wear. Scales are clean and tight. Just sterilized it and gave it a quick Stropping on cotton web and paste and ~ 50 passes on a Barber Hone.
We'll see how she shaves tomorrow. Date from what I can find is ~ '00

Still with the tape. Just shaved with the Adams. Just a little going over with a Barber Hone and the pasted cotton web Strop and it was a very nice 3 pass shave. Sometime you do find a good one.
