Uploading Photos

Hey Team

Why is it so easy to upload photos via the Private Messages and so awkward in the general forum?

In a private message I get the opportunity to directly upload the photo from my phone (image below).

When uploading in the general forum I have to use an external host (such as ‘Post Images’).



Worth noting I only use the forum via my phone.

You can also use Imgur without an account, it just means your SOTD shots won't make it to the front page...

And to answer the original question: hosting images gets expensive quickly.
