I just used my usual hard soap methodology and achieved a good lather. I found the scents pleasant but not very strong. I rather liked the soaps but not as much as my favourites.

I am probably far more tragic than @Ybbor as I am still looking at more soap purchases. I have read the glowing reviews on boutique soaps stocked by Maggard Razors from Strop Shoppe, Kells, Dapper Dragon, Soap Commander and Caties Bubbles but wonder just how independant the reviewers may be given the controversy surrounding HTGAM.

As a side note...
Maggards did ditch the entire HTGAM PPF stock on clearance.

-mwf
-Harris Arlington
-speick
-mystic waters viola di bosco
-aos tallow unscented (very rarely used in order to preserve it!)
-cade (very rarely used as I am not a fan of its performance)
- calani oriental plum
-haslinger: all scents bar shafmilch.

Is the Arlington a hard soap Nav or the cream? I got a sample of the EDT but it was way super too strong for me. Perhaps the cream scent is more subdued. I hope so

It's the soap, I don't use any creams.

The scent is sort of mild but one of the best...thoroughly enjoyable!!

Welcome. Fancy a swap of Arlington for the Cade? Mine's used and grated, but the stuff is so bloody hard I've barely dented it. Too damn hard for me, I prefer the cream
