Aaaah yes a Japanese automatic design IF I'm not mistaken

Yeah, Citizen made. Still very nice & dependable but only 21.6Kbph.

Keep an eye on this - about the same money I paid for the Hawthorn, but a nice 9105-based diver, multiple options.

Yeah, the MVMT watches are super minimalistic.

THAT was the attractive part to me. Very much who I am. I really liked a few of the very basic/plain Seiko's that had been appearing on line, but the very basic cheaper ones. I used to buy $12-$15 watches from K mart years ago so this was very much a step up for me.

It's a 24mm finest knot set at 50mm

Yesterday I was given a bundle of stuff this among it there is other stuff 5 straights & a strop but to start off first here is what they call a Monarch not alot known about them or found on the internet some reference in comparison is drawn againg the Gillette Fat Handle. If anyone has any additional info I would be pleased to recieve. i'll be applying my touch to it and let you have a look after.

Yesterday I was given a bundle of stuff this among it there is other stuff 5 straights & a strop but to start off first here is what they call a Monarch not alot known about them or found on the internet some reference in comparison is drawn againg the Gillette Fat Handle. If anyone has any additional info I would be pleased to recieve. i'll be applying my touch to it and let you have a look after.

Hey @FatBoy58 - I'm sure I've got one of these buried away (box as well but no blades. If I recall correctly, it's a bit harsher than a NEW LC and more like the NEW SC shave wise.
But it's been a while...

I caved in and put in my first order of the year - yes @Mark1966 no official sabbatical and yet I managed more than 3 months

It's a brush and should be here hopefully in ~4-5 weeks just in time for my birthday
