Pure boar bristle upgrade?

I have an Omega Pro 49 pure bristle boar shaving brush and would like to try a few more (currently “daily” AP Shave mixed 30/70, IMHO nicer than the Mistura) I’ve read good reviews re the SOC Taj boar and also the Yaqi Viper (seems very popular by some Forum members here) any thoughts/recommendations appreciated!!

I have seven boar brushes in my collection and the best ones are the ones where I purchased the handle and knot separately and then set the loft to my liking. All of them require a break-in period.

I like the Turn 'n Shave shoat (newly-weaned pig) knot, but it no longer seems to appear on their website. It used to be offered untreated, half-gelled or fully gelled. I have the half-gelled, and the tips of the hairs are splitting nicely.
