Might cost a pretty penny BUT 'Scales are 50000 year old Mammoth bone'

Hey Mark,
That blade is incredible, but don't be too swayed with the Mammoth scales. A very good friend of mine, who has since been taken by cancer, dealt in Mammoth ivory from China, and it is not nearly as rare as would be at first be assumed. My wife and I had the chance to market extensively carved Mammoth tusks which make those scales just meh.

Are you now into straights as well as your truly vast collection of DE's?

Cheers, George

Very interesting - I never would have guessed.

Don't have the skill for straights :)

Guys, don't encourage him, it will only encourage me and what with my recent straights history (only NOS) it can not end well.
(ponders mammoth scales as a part of a restore... hmm)

What are they doing in the garage? You should send them on holidays to tropical Townsville. I'm sure they'd love the climate. Probably want to stay!!!
Nah, they would rust from the constant humidity/flooding up there ;)
